Incorrect Customizing setting for selecting constraints

What causes this issue?

In Customizing, a characteristic has been entered for the parameter
<DS:DE.EHSBE_RC_FIPARAM_CONSTR_USAGE>Usage</> for selecting
constraints.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Delete the characteristic for the <LS>Usage</> parameter in Customizing
for Product Safety and Stewardship, by choosing <LS>Basic Data and Tools
</> -> <LS>Compliance Check</>->
<DS:SIMG.EHSBC_RC_FIPARA>Set Up Parameters for Selecting Constraints
and Constraint Validity</>.
