Internal error occurred when reading explanation component

What causes this issue?

The system cannot read the explanation component supplied by EH<(>&<)>S
Expert or assign it to a value assignment instance.

System Response

The system continues with the compliance check but cannot display or
save the explanation component.

How to fix this error?

Check the other error messages in the application log. If you cannot
eliminate the error, contact your system administrator.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
