Cannot find data type for referenced migration object

What causes this issue?

One data record contains only data types, such as <ZH>&ENDE</>, that
are not defined in any of the referenced migrations objects. Therefore,
the system could not find an assignment for the data in the data record
to any of the referenced migration objects.

How to fix this error?

Check the program that created the import file.
