Cannot delete - migration object &1 is referenced

What causes this issue?

Migration object &V1& has references in hyper objects of company &V2&
(for example, in hyper object &V3&).
You can only delete the migration object once the auto structures with
references to migration object &V1& are deleted in all affected hyper
objects.

Delete the references to the migration object..
