No plan data exists in the source version ( ->long text)

What causes this issue?

When function module &V4& was called, no plan data was found for the
specified activities and combination
Controlling area : &V1&
Fiscal year : &V2&
Version : &V3&
Because the "Reset and overwrite" (FLG_UPDATE) indicator was not set,
processing was terminated.

System Response

The function module terminated processing in the year &V2&.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
