What causes this issue?

The <DS:GLOS.3526C0ABAFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>unit of issue</> can be
changed only in the following cases:
If there is no change in the
<DS:GLOS.3526C2A3AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>dimension</> of the unit of
issue, and if the unit of issue is not dimensionless
If the base unit of measure and the previous unit of issue have the
same dimension, and are not dimensionless

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
