Item & has status "counted" (enter qty counted or zero indicator)

What causes this issue?

Item &V1& already has the status "counted". This means that the count
quantity or the indicator for zero count cannot be changed/cancelled.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Enter a count quantity or set the indicator for a zero count.
