Production version does not cover quantity of planned order

What causes this issue?

The production version of the planned order is not valid for the planned
order quantity.
MRP only selects a production version if the production version is valid
for the planned order quantity.
Possible reasons for this situation include:
?,,The quantity range of the production version was changed after
creating the planned order.
?,,The planned order was changed by custom code or external interfaces.

System Response

Conversion of the planned order to a production order will not change
the production version.

How to fix this error?

Explode the planned order BOM or change the planned order quantity.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
