Defects recording w/o reference to an insp. point

What causes this issue?

For inspection lot &v1&, you must record results for an inspection
point. Using the functions for defects recording, however, you can only
confirm defects that <ZH>are not</> assigned to an inspection
point.
Note
Using this function, you can only <ZH>display</> the defects that are
assigned to an inspection point.

How to fix this error?

If you want to record or process the defects assigned to an inspection
point, use the functions in results recording (record or change results
for an inspection point).
