Class characteristic is not released for use

What causes this issue?

You want to link a class characteristic that has not yet been released
to a master inspection characteristic. However, you can only use
released class characteristics in the master inspection characteristic.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

First release the class characteristic.
