Conflict with a parallel transaction on creation of pegging area

What causes this issue?

Two parallel transactions tried to create a pegging area for the same
combination of product, location, planning version, and account
assignment simultaneously.

System Response

The system terminates one of the transactions.

How to fix this error?

Execute the transaction again. The pegging area has been created by the
parallel transaction in the meantime. The problem will not occur again.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
