Key figure description for key figure &1 does not exist in liveCache

What causes this issue?

There is an inconsisteny between the key figure descriptions in
liveCache and in the database. The key figure description of key figure
&V1& exists in the database but not in liveCache.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

The inconsistency cannot be corrected in the repair mode. You must
initialize the planning area again.
