What causes this issue?

You have entered a stage type or planning and execution organization in
a forwarding order. You can save the document, but the system does not
include the stage in planning.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Contact your system administrator.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system uses the <LS>Stage Type Sequence for Movement Types</>
Customizing activity to determine if a stage is relevant for planning.
In this Customizing activity, you have entered the rule that a stage is
not relevant for planning if the planning and execution organization and
the sales organization belong to different country codes.
You can enter a stage type or planning and execution organization in the
forwarding order but the system does not check the Customizing rule and
the stage is not relevant for planning. You need to add an address in
the master data for the business partner.
Enter the address information for the business partner in the SAP Easy
Access Menu under <LS>Transportation Management -> Master Data -> BP -
Maintain Business Partner.</>
