What causes this issue?

File &V3& could not be exported to the archive. The error code is &V2&.
The following error codes are possible:
1 - Archive system error
2 - Archive table error (customizing archives)
3 - No link table created
4 - SAP kernel error
5 - Invalid transfer parameters
6 - Error creating request (TOAR7)
7 - Other error

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
