What causes this issue?

File &V1& could not be retrieved from the archive. The error code is
&V2&.
The following error codes are possible:
1 - Error from ArchiveLink interface
2 - Table TOAAR
3 - Error from link tables
4 - SAP kernel error
5 - Invalid transfer parameters
6 - Object contains several archive objects
7 - Not possible to create request
8 - Other error

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
