What causes this issue?

File &V2& has been scheduled to be retrieved from the archive. Archive
retrieval takes place asynchronously. A background job has been
scheduled to retrieve the file.

System Response

Once the archive retrieval job has completed, the corresponding data
extract log entry is updated.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
